DeltaConsultores is a small company providing consulting services to other enterprises and institutions via information and communication technologies, networks and tools. Founded in 1993, we have been active mainly in the field of consulting, training and the development of various training products for advanced training environments.

DeltaConsultores is making a shift to distance learning environments, both as a content producer and as a facilitator on helping other companies to use advanced training tools and networks and providing assistance on specific expert activities.

We have consistent experience in using distance learning, computer and technology based training and in multimedia and e-learning development. We have been providing general Train the Trainers courses and e-learning oriented specific courses for trainers and training staff. We have been active in the field of telework, assisting companies in telework-related projects and training teleworkers, their office collegues,  people interested in telework and telework managers.

Our activities include:

·         Consulting services for companies in Training and Training Management, e-learning and Telework,

·         Development of advanced training materials, e-learning products and tools, as well as work support (hypertext development and decision support tools).

·         Product development for information and training use, and technical support to be used in work/office environment.

At DeltaConsultores we have a flexible structure and we work as a project based company. For each project we create a specific team, according to the needs and characteristics of the project. The team is co-ordinated by the company’s managers or by other senior professionals, based on principles of high quality and efficiency.

We have recently been certified as a Recognized Training Company by INOFOR, with a special validation for e-learning, in the following areas:

a)       Training supports, tools and program’s development,

b)      Training development and delivery

c)       Training organization and promotion.

DeltaConsultores is a ReadyGo, Inc. partner for the Portuguese speaking market including Portugal and Brazil. ReadyGo, Inc. (EUA) the developer of Web Course Builder e-learning authoring tool and Server Side Testing a software module for training evaluation/testing processing.

We deal with the Portuguese adaptation of the software, and support clients over the Internet on using and developing courses with ReadyGo WCB. Additionally, we run the http://www.readygo-br.com website for Portugal and Brazil. DeltaConsultores runs an e-learning portal and asynchronous training platform at http://ww.elearning-pt.com for their clients distance training.

DeltaConsultores has also created and mantains the www.elearning-pt.com portal, aimed for the development of an e-learning virtual community and for project support. Besides this, also as a e-learning support we have implemented an assynchronous platform where we publicise our e-learning courses.

DeltaConsultores has also a good history of active involvement in EU projects, from which we mention some below:

DeltaConsultores is now in the course of developing an extensive training program for training trainers on e-learning and e-tutoring. This training will be developed as blended learning: one part will be delivered in traditional, presential training and the other part will be e-learning, in a synchronous or assynchronous format.
