The e-Tutor is a Trainer or Teacher that is conducting training courses on e-learning using normally computers with Internet connections.

The Training of Trainers is generally applied to Pedagogy of Trainees or Students either Young or Adults and is normally concerning to the situation of face-to-face training.


The e-Tutor can use distance learning either on-line learning (synchronous communication) or giving support to distance learners in asynchronous courses.
The pedagogy for the e-Tutor should have contents applied to distance learning and face-to-face situations.


As the e-Tutor can be in both situations should have good knowledge and practice on the two types of learning situations: e-learning (synchronous or assynchcronous) and face-to-face learning.
