18-19 October 2007 - Bordeaux meeting with Leonardo Agencies representatives from various countries. Together with Marie-Laurence Inchauspe, Eric Delalonde from Cnam-Paysdelaloire participated to  a gathering of stakeholders in the field of education, in France and in Europe.

Mr Juppé, former Prime Minister opened the session while we presented the Etutors-portal to many participants.

We brought various brochures but, soon, discovered that "informal meetings" were the best way to catch the attention of others.

Among the various organisations we approached, an important school of applied art, a consulting company specialising in representing various schools in international meetings, the representatives of an aeronautics organisation in search for easy tool to share their passion with others in a more structured way than plain web sites; we also gave advice (through a relationship with the portal) to an association of artists who only use classic meetings to learn from others how to best use modeling techniques. We tested the possibility of gathering more partners around the concept of Etutors to build a strong marketing network of practicioners and inventors in the field of distance-learning.  This idea, first tested with participants, during this seminar, will be transformed into a new project within the next months.
NB:/ pictures demonstrate the use of distance-learning tools invented by CNAM. Our purpose is to gather European of such tools as partners of an Etutors-portal in an extended version centered on marketing and supporting European know-how versus the US technologies.
